Chesapeake Homes Model Homes and Design Center are located on Route 3 in Lively, Virginia. To best experience how Chesapeake Homes can serve your home buying needs, we invite you to schedule a walk through in all three models.  We expect to be adding a new model in 2011 to our Lively Model Campus and are excited to offer our exclusive line of NNK Cottages. Our models will show you our unmatched quality and Attention to Detail that is consistent in every home we build and deliver on time. In our Main Model/Offices we have a Design Center where you can see how we serve our customers with unmatched Custom Design-Build Homes. Our passion and our commitment is to build you a great home and work with you to suit your budget.

In addition to our Lively Campus of models we also have a few more models for you to visit at the new NNK development, Springwood of Kilmarnock.   This is a Cottage Community of new Chesapeake Homes in this brand new development and where you can see us working in real-time.
